We have in place an organisational chart that links to clearly defined position descriptions outlining the role, responsibilities and authorities of each staff member.
We encourage constructive feedback from our staff and their involvement in decision making at appropriate levels. Departmental and interdepartmental meetings are held regularly and minutes are available for all staff to view via our electronic management system.
