In order to realise the benefits from these values we have designed, implemented and maintain a business management system that is certified to the international Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.

Our business management system has been developed around the 8 internationally recognised Quality Management Principles.

Principle 1 - Customer - Focused Organisation

We regularly include customers in the development of a new product. We also obtain customer feedback about a range of important issues including:

  • Product quality and reliability
  • Innovation
  • Delivery times
  • Service quality

We have developed a customer service charter that clearly outlines our commitment to customer service. Our aim is to meet and exceed customer expectations.
